A vital component of Nauticus's successful quarter was the acquisition of SeaTrepid earlier in the year, granting swift access to a range of ROVs. These vehicles were deployed in multiple commercial projects throughout the year while facilitating the crucial testing and integration stages for Nauticus ToolKITT. Financial Highlights

For Q3, Nauticus reported revenues totaling $2.0 million, a noticeable increase from $0.4 million a year earlier. However, operating expenses also grew to $7.9 million—marking a year-on-year increase of $1.9 million. The adjusted net loss was reported at $6.8 million, reflecting a slight deterioration from the previous year yet an improvement compared to the last quarter. The net loss for the quarter amounted to $6.6 million, translating to a basic loss per share of $(2.60), showing variations against a net income of $17.9 million for the same period last year due to differing operational circumstances.

Nauticus's cash reserves were noted to stand at $5.5 million at the quarter’s end, increasing from $2.7 million recorded in the prior quarter. This positions the company favorably for continued innovation and operational execution.
