Future of Talent Development at HR Conference 2025 Spring
The HR Conference 2025 Spring, organized by HR Vision, will feature a special lecture from Ridilover, a company based in Bunkyo, Tokyo. This will take place online on May 14, 2025, from 13:50 to 14:40. We are excited to announce that Yuko Yoshiba, Chief Branding and Culture Officer at Dentsu Japan and Executive Officer at Dentsu, will be joining us as the guest speaker.
Keynote Overview
The central theme of the keynote is 'Is Your Cross-Boundary Learning Just for Show?' This presentation, anchored in real experiences from Dentsu Japan, will explore the four essential conditions for valuable cross-boundary learning. Cross-boundary learning has emerged as a crucial strategy for talent development across organizations, and Ridilover has facilitated such experiences for over 100 companies and 1,000 business professionals.
In the lecture, Yoshiba will discuss the importance of meaningful cross-boundary learning, which encompasses stepping outside typical daily operations to gain non-linear competency improvements. The insights shared will be valuable for anyone responsible for talent development and those keen on competitive trends in human resource strategies.
