This event, held at the renowned Chinese restaurant, "Hōka Ryōhō," will showcase seasonal delicacies, focusing on the sought-after Shanghai crab and the king of autumn flavors, the Matsutake mushroom.
The highlight of the evening is a meticulously curated course using only the finest ingredients. One standout dish is the shark fin soup made from the rare Japanese shark fin, crafted with tender care. The soup is infused with the rich flavors of Shanghai crab, which has been roasted within its shell, allowing the deep umami tastes to meld together.
