On the opening day, a representative from Singapore will arrive to showcase the joy of freshly baked goods, bringing an authentic taste of the new brand to customers in Japan. 'Salt and Butter' embodies the philosophy of pursuing what makes bread universally beloved, drawing on the influence of Singapore's diverse food culture developed over a decade.

At the heart of 'Salt and Butter' lies a commitment to quality. The brand uses only the finest ingredients, including Belgium's fermented butter, French rock salt, and Hokkaido's fresh cream. These elements combine to create two exquisite varieties of sweet bread, designed to elevate the experience of eating fresh pastries. With each bite, customers are invited to indulge in a delightful fusion of flavors that evoke a sense of happiness.

1. Mini Croissants (Milk) - Priced at 210 JPY (tax included)

In addition to these signature products, 'Salt and Butter' will partner with the historic Hainan coffee shop, Killiney Kopitiam. Known for its legendary Kaya toast, this collaboration will introduce a special 'Kaya & Milk' sweet variety, featuring traditional Kaya jam, available in limited quantities.
