Joined by three other professional women, Terry shared her experiences and emphasized the program's role in shaping her career. “The Chrysalis Project helped me build the professional skills I needed to succeed in college and ultimately secure my position here at Norris McLaughlin,” Terry noted. She hopes to inspire current students in the same way she was once inspired.

During the panel discussion on March 26, Terry spoke of navigating the work transition, describing her path from intern to her current role in the firm’s Business Development and Marketing Department.
