JTEKT's Implementation of Kairos3
JTEKT Corporation, headquartered in Kariya, Aichi Prefecture, has made significant strides in enhancing its business operations by implementing Kairos3, a comprehensive Marketing Automation (MA) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) integrated tool developed by Kairos Marketing. The introduction of this innovative tool was officially announced on September 17th. As JTEKT embarked on a medium-term management plan, it aimed to initiate cross-selling activities among its group companies. However, at the outset, the company faced critical challenges in managing sales meetings, primarily relying on Excel spreadsheets. The issues included:

- - Inability to monitor activity status in real-time, resulting in delayed customer responses.
Given these obstacles, the adoption of a robust SFA tool for managing cross-sale negotiations became essential. After considering its prior successes in other divisions and conducting extensive demonstrations, JTEKT chose to implement Kairos3.
Achievements of Using Kairos3
The adoption of Kairos3 has led to the refinement of JTEKT's sales processes related to cross-sales. Over the past four years, the tool has successfully facilitated the generation of 1,200 sales meetings and converted 240 of those into orders. The visibility into the progress of negotiations has markedly improved data accuracy, reducing the likelihood of any transfer issues among group companies. Furthermore, cross-sale activities have evolved into a standardized practice throughout the organization.
