The buffet features an all-you-can-eat selection of
red snow crab delivered straight from Hokkaido, ensuring that seafood lovers can savor this delicacy to their delight, available exclusively on weekdays. The buffet also includes expertly crafted sushi, hand-fried tempura made with seasonal ingredients, and luxurious seafood donburi with an array of colorful toppings.
Guests can look forward to a rich variety of hot dishes that are sure to evoke the essence of Hokkaido's autumn offerings. The thoughtfully prepared
first dish features a collagen-rich soup made from the rare
