Online Webinar on Becoming a Multi-Stack Engineer with Generative AI and MCP

Explore the Future of IT Engineering: Join the Webinar

In a rapidly evolving tech landscape, IT engineers find themselves at the crossroads of innovation and adaptability. As companies embrace the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, particularly generative AI, the nature of engineering work is changing dramatically. To address these shifts, PE-BANK, a leader in supporting IT freelancers, is set to host an enlightening online webinar titled "How to Become a Multi-Stack Engineer with Generative AI and MCP" on September 3, 2025, at 19:00.

This informational session is the 64th in a series organized by PE-BANK’s benefit service for IT freelancers, known as Support Plus. Under the leadership of company president Katsuya Takada, PE-BANK aims to enhance the status of IT freelancers and help them navigate the complexities of modern work.

The Role of Generative AI

The recent developments in generative AI are not just altering the tools engineers use; they are transforming the very approach to engineering tasks. The integration of AI into everyday processes allows for improved efficiency and creative problem-solving, concepts recognized by industry leaders like Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI, who predicts a future where freelance professionals can achieve unicorn status independently.

However, with this potential comes the necessity for engineers to diversify their skill sets. The modern development environment demands a deep understanding of various components, from database management to UI design and beyond. This multifaceted expertise is essential for survival in an industry that is increasingly leaning towards automation and AI-driven solutions.

Introduction to MCP

At the core of this webinar is the introduction of the Model Context Protocol (MCP), a framework designed to empower engineers to operate across diverse technological stacks. MCP provides a systematic approach to mastering multiple aspects of technology, enabling engineers to become more versatile and resourceful. Participants will learn practical methods to incorporate MCP into their workflows, enhancing their employability and adaptability.
