This collaboration seeks to leverage each organization's strengths to foster acceleration in the growth of impactful solutions tailored to the burgeoning consumer demographics in Southeast Asia.

The strategic cooperation between TECHSHAKE and LLV is set to facilitate cross-border growth initiatives designed to assist promising startups. The key elements of this partnership structure, set forth in a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), include a comprehensive framework for collaborative development of strategies that link innovative startups to LLV's corporate ecosystem, alongside its extensively-developed investment expertise.

The partnership aims to integrate TECHSHAKE's extensive experience within the region to robustly support businesses looking to expand into Asian markets. By harmonizing LLV's infrastructural strengths with TECHSHAKE’s aptitude for cultivating meaningful connections among entrepreneurs, corporations, and investors, the partners plan to design and implement unique programs dedicated to nurturing startup growth.

Moreover, TECHSHAKE will facilitate funding opportunities and strategic growth initiatives through collaboration with Japanese corporations and conglomerates. This approach allows LLV’s portfolio companies to gain greater access to essential capital and resources that enhance their market presence.

Through the execution of this MOU, both organizations aim to fortify their partnership and attract a greater influx of Japanese enterprises and entrepreneurs from Tokyo into the Indonesian market, thereby accelerating growth within the ASEAN region. Additionally, this partnership serves as a bridge to enhance cooperation between Indonesia and the Philippines, mutually facilitating the entry of entrepreneurs supported by TECHSHAKE into Indonesia, along with startups backed by Sinar Mas Land into the Philippines.
