As part of its extensive renovations beginning in February 2026, the all-day dining restaurant, "Seascope Terrace Dining," is set to reopen on July 13, 2026. The venue promises to merge the stunning scenery of the bay, including the iconic Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Tower, with a renewed commitment to wellness and relaxation, encapsulated in its theme, "The Exclusive Seat of Blue."
The reimagined Seascope Terrace Dining will carry forward its cherished values of "Freshness, Beauty, Health, and Vitality." In addition, it will integrate new principles of "Release" and "Wellness," creating a sophisticated space that complements the colors of the ocean and sky, providing a refreshing dining experience that promotes mental and physical relaxation. The interior, adorned in soothing whites and ivories with gold and seaside green accents, will incorporate soft, curving furniture that directs guests' eyes toward the splendid views.
Emphasizing Wellness in Buffet Dining
This new buffet concept is designed to prioritize health without compromising the joy of choosing and experiencing beautiful dishes. The menu will feature locally sourced organic vegetables from the Kanto region and fresh seafood from Toyosu Market, selected by the head chef. Guests can expect options that include fermented ingredients and high-nutritional-value foods. Furthermore, gluten-free choices will be readily available to cater to health-conscious diners.
Among the signature offerings, guests can indulge in the "Roast Beef Marinated in Salt Koji for 48 Hours," a tender and flavorful dish that showcases the quality of black wagyu beef, enhanced by luxurious accompaniments like truffle sauce and Maldon sea salt. Additionally, the dessert menu features stunning creations by the pastry chef, including a colorful macaron tower and seasonal fruit tarts beautifully garnished with edible flowers, making the buffet a feast for the eyes as well as the palate.
