Empowering Active Living in the Era of 100-Year Lifespan: Join Our Event!

Embracing a 100-Year Life: Join Us on December 7!

On December 7, we will host the "100-Year Active Life Navigation Event," aimed at inspiring individuals to explore enjoyable activities and meaningful engagements during their extended lifespan. As we transition into an era where people are expected to live for a century, fostering active participation in society is more important than ever.

Recent surveys show that approximately 80% of elderly individuals wish to engage in community activities, yet only half of them actually participate. This discrepancy often stems from a lack of opportunities or insufficient information about available activities. To address these challenges, it is essential to create an environment where seniors can thrive according to their personal interests and aspirations.

The local government is committed to promoting active social participation among the older population. Earlier this year, we launched the "100-Year Active Life Navigation" online platform. This platform focuses on connecting seniors and pre-seniors with local activities, wellness programs, and volunteer opportunities based on their interests.

To raise awareness about this initiative, the upcoming event features keynote speeches from various renowned personalities, as well as interactive experience booths focused on hobbies and health.
