In a remarkable achievement, PERSOL Business Process Design has become the first company to attain the prestigious three-star rating in HDI's new "Quality Assessment (Team Evaluation)" for 2024. The award ceremony took place at Keio Plaza Hotel in Shinjuku on May 14, 2025, during the "HDI Award 2025" event.

HDI, established in 1989 as the largest membership organization for the support services industry, has over 50,000 members worldwide. This newly introduced rating framework for 2024 evaluates companies on a four-tier scale, from three stars to no stars, based on standards set by HDI's international guidelines. The distinction awarded to PERSOL's Sasebo Outsourcing Center evaluates its BtoC inquiry support, showcasing an unwavering commitment to excellence in customer service.

Evaluation Criteria and Recognition



The three-star rating, which marks the highest level of recognition, is only achieved when at least 80% of team members in a group of five or more earn individual ratings of three stars. PERSOL Business Process Design earned this accolade by demonstrating exemplary consumer engagement, with key assessment points highlighting the team's:
