During this period, companies that sign up for a paid plan through the Suit Up inquiry form will receive a 20% discount until September 2025.
Businesses interested in participating can apply through the
inquiry form. Please include "Suit Up 2025 Local Support Campaign" in the inquiry details.
The Importance of Task Management
According to our simulations, for a company with 30 employees, the daily task check-ins between superiors and subordinates can accumulate to staggering costs over time. For instance, if each check-in takes 8 minutes and occurs twice a day, the total cost could reach a significant ¥1,190,000 over a month based on 20 working days. Given that these costs are burdensome for small businesses, implementing effective task management can greatly alleviate this financial strain by enhancing transparency and efficiency.
However, a recent study by Nulabo revealed that the methods employed for task management within companies primarily focus on individual task management. For example, functionalities such as emails and calendar tools account for 31.2%, while handwritten notes and journals make up 30.6%. In contrast, tools specifically for team task management, like Excel and dedicated task management software, only comprise 25.2% and 11.7%, respectively. This disparity highlights the need for better team-oriented solutions.
Thus, we believe that introducing team task management tools is a vital first step in enhancing productivity for small and medium-sized companies, prompting the launch of the Suit Up 2025 Local Support Campaign. Our commitment to support small businesses continues with ongoing discount campaigns related to Suit Up, ensuring they can easily implement and operate team task management systems.
Features of Suit Up
What is Suit Up?
Suit Up is a cloud-based management support tool designed to simplify team task management and ensure sustainability over time. It operates similarly to a spreadsheet, visualizing workflows to prevent missed tasks and overdue deadlines, ultimately leading to improved operational efficiency and significant cost reductions.
Since its alpha launch in September 2023 and the subsequent beta release in April 2024, Suit Up has introduced essential functionalities for task management, organization, communication, and analysis. The beta version includes features not found in standard spreadsheets, such as task templates, deadline notifications, and recurring tasks, making daily task management effortless.
Pricing Plans
Our pricing structure offers several options. The Standard Plan costs ¥1,080 per user per month (excluding tax). For businesses with 10 or fewer users, we provide the Starter Plan at a reduced rate of ¥500 per user per month (excluding tax) to consider their smaller scale.
Moreover, as part of the beta kickoff campaign, we are waiving initial setup fees until June 30, 2025.
