Shinjuku Prince Hotel, located in the vibrant Kabukicho district, is set to launch a new winter dining experience that will tantalize your taste buds. From December 1, 2025, to January 31, 2026, the hotel will host a delightful dinner buffet called "Bistro x Melting Cheese" at the Buffet Dining Prince Marche, located on the basement level. This year, the buffet evolves with an impressive selection of 13 types of cheese, showcasing a sophisticated and environmentally friendly dining atmosphere.

Highlights of the Buffet


This year's buffet has taken the beloved cheese experience to a new level, surpassing last year's offerings with 13 distinct varieties. Guests can indulge in the creamy texture of the ‘Aligot-style cheese fondue’, paired with an array of bistro-style French dishes that highlight the cheeses. Among the culinary performances at the live kitchen station, guests will be treated to:
  • - Pasta finished inside a giant wheel of Grana Padano
  • - Hot, bubbling raclette cheese
  • - Cheese desserts flambéed right before your eyes

Each of these experiences is designed to stimulate your senses and elevate your dining adventure.

In addition to the regular menu, the buffet also features a sustainable upcycled food salad made with "Tama Onion Gururiko," presenting a delightful and conscientious culinary choice.

During the limited-time Christmas dinner, guests can savor highlights such as roast beef from premium Black Wagyu and unlimited boiled crab, ensuring a memorable evening filled with exquisite flavors.

The lunch buffet is not to be missed either, offering nine types of lighter cheese options for those looking to enjoy a midday treat.

Sustainable Efforts


Working in partnership with ASTRA FOOD PLAN Inc., the buffet incorporates sustainable practices into its menu. Their innovative food processing technology helps upcycle unused food parts, reducing waste while creating delicious dishes. Visitors are encouraged to experience the creative twist on traditional buffets, where sustainability meets culinary delight.
