Discover the Emerging Hiring Strategy of Style Match at Trustyyle's Event

Unveiling the Style Match Recruitment Strategy

On August 5, 2025, Trustyyle, based in Tokyo, will host an enlightening event titled "A New Era of Hiring: Choosing by Style, Not Specs" at its community hub, HR Library. As businesses evolve, so do recruitment strategies, and this event shines a light on the innovative approach known as Style Match.

Understanding Style Match

With over 100 companies assisted and direct dialogues with more than 1,000 HR professionals, Trustyyle's founder, Yousuke Yoshida, highlights the common traits of successful hiring practices observed across various industries. This engaging event will feature Shin Akiyama, the representative of No Company and a prominent figure in HR startups originating from the Hakuhodo Group.

What to Expect From the Event

The main focus will be on the newly released book, "Are Traditional Hiring Techniques Sufficient? A Guide to New Recruitment Standards." Attendees will learn about the Style Match strategy, which emphasizes aligning values between companies and potential employees, rather than merely evaluating specifications.

During the event, Shin Akiyama will discuss various case studies from both large corporations and startups, illustrating how these organizations effectively implement the Style Match principle in their hiring processes.

Interactive Workshop

The event will not just be a lecture but an interactive experience. Using frameworks introduced in the book, participants will engage in a workshop designed to clarify key aspects of what their companies should promote in their recruiting efforts. This will empower HR and hiring managers to refine their messaging and approach to attract culturally aligned candidates, enhancing retention and performance post-hiring.

Strengthening Internal Communication

In addition to recruitment strategies, Akiyama will share insights into leveraging Style Match for internal communication and philosophy permeation within organizations. This dialogue will provide valuable hints on enhancing workplace culture and aligning company values internally.

Networking Opportunities

As the event will also feature a networking session, attendees can connect with peers, share insights, and discuss best practices in hiring. By mingling with other hiring professionals, participants may gain additional perspectives on improving their strategies.
