HEAVENSAKE Introduces Its First Prestige Line of Japanese Sake

HEAVENSAKE Unveils Its First Prestige Japanese Sake Line

The premium Japanese sake brand HEAVENSAKE, known for its collaboration with esteemed French champagne maker Regis Camus, is set to launch its first-ever prestige line in Japan. Slated for release in October 2024, the line features two offerings: the PRESTIGE II ASSEMBLAGE Junmai Daiginjo and LABEL AZUL Junmai Ginjo, both aiming to elevate the sake experience for enthusiasts.

Exciting New Releases

Scheduled for April 4, 2025, the PRESTIGE II ASSEMBLAGE Junmai Daiginjo is a result of collaboration with the renowned Shinzawa Brewery. This unique sake is made by skillfully blending various high-polished Junmai Daiginjo sakes to create an aromatic explosion upon tasting. Flavors of kiwi, cherimoya, and lychee harmoniously unfold, providing a silky texture and a perfect finish. Delicate yet profound, this sake promises a revolutionary taste experience that transcends existing concepts.

Moreover, its packaging reflects thoughtful design. The bottle is crafted by Arita Porcelain Lab, a maker with over 220 years of tradition, combining contemporary aesthetics with historical significance. The gentle gradient from pale blue to white symbolizes the harmony of water and earth, both crucial elements in sake production. The bottle's refined shape, reminiscent of a droplet, signifies an elegant balance and the strong intent behind the sake.

On April 12, 2025, LABEL AZUL Junmai Ginjo will hit the shelves, produced in partnership with Yamanashi Meijo Co., known for their Seven Sages brand. This sake showcases bright fruity notes reminiscent of pears, apples, and grapes, complemented by a subtle dryness and smooth mouthfeel. It captures delicate yet rich flavors, making it ideal for serving chilled in wine glasses, particularly appealing with its striking blue bottle for the upcoming seasons.

Insights from Regis Camus

Regis Camus shares his thoughts on this new chapter for HEAVENSAKE, stating, "The moment a new HEAVENSAKE sake is born is always a thrilling experience. Resonating deeply with the philosophy of the brewers, the process of seeking out various sakes to create the assemblage begins. After numerous trials, the finished sake emerges as a new addition to the HEAVENSAKE lineup. I hope this new creation brings joy and smiles to sake lovers everywhere."

He further expresses that the releases of PRESTIGE II ASSEMBLAGE and LABEL AZUL are moments enriched with anticipation and emotion, wishing for their significant success in the Japanese market.
