Ferrero Group's Financial Success for Fiscal Year 2024/2025



The Ferrero Group has confirmed its consolidated financial results for the fiscal year 2024/2025 through its holding company, Ferrero International S.A. The company's revenue reached €19.3 billion, marking a significant increase of 4.6% from the previous year. This growth underlines the success of Ferrero's long-term strategic vision, spearheaded by Executive Chairman Giovanni Ferrero and operationalized by CEO Lapo Civiletti.

Ferrero has maintained a robust global presence, operating 36 production facilities and concluding the year with a workforce of 48,697 employees as of August 31, 2025. CFO Daniel Martinez Carretero stated, "As we celebrate our 80th anniversary, Ferrero continues to bring joy to people worldwide through our beloved products. Our growth strategy, focusing on portfolio innovation and expansion into new categories and markets, has proven effective. Innovation and Portfolio Expansion


Ferrero's commitment to innovation is evident in the expansion and diversification of its product range. Significant developments in 2024/2025 include:
  • - Introduction of Plant-Based Nutella: Responding to increasing consumer demand for plant-based products.
  • - Expansion into New Categories: This includes frozen baked goods like Nutella crepes and Nutella donuts.
  • - Enhancement of North American Snack Brands: Ferrero expanded its well-loved candy brands with new ice cream bars from Butterfinger®, Baby Ruth®, and 100 Grand®.
  • - Launch of Tic Tac Two: A new sugar-free range that features two flavors.
  • - Protein-Rich Snack Offering: The acquisition of Power Crunch, a leading US brand known for protein-rich wafer bars.

To support this portfolio growth and broaden its geographical reach, Ferrero continues to expand its capacities in key markets. Some highlights include:
  • - In North America, a significant expansion of the Brantford, Ontario plant has been announced, creating 500 new jobs and marking the first production of Nutella Biscuits outside Europe. A new Kinder Bueno facility in Bloomington, Illinois, also created 200 new jobs and has approximately 15,700 m² of production space.
  • - In Europe, Ferrero has enhanced capacity at its Villers-Écalles plant in northern France, known as the world's largest Nutella production facility, to meet future demand.

Acquisition and Workforce Growth


In 2024/25, Ferrero also announced the acquisition of WK Kellogg Co, which includes the manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of WK Kellogg’s iconic breakfast cereal portfolio in the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. This move has welcomed 3,000 new employees, bringing Ferrero's global workforce to over 50,000.
