Commitment to Sustainability
Sarutahiko Coffee has established a significant reputation for sourcing high-quality beans through sustainable practices. The brand has formed strong relationships with coffee farms that have achieved remarkable success in the international coffee tasting competition, Cup of Excellence (COE).
It all began in 2020 when Sarutahiko Coffee purchased their first COE-ranked coffee from Costa Rica, leading to substantial investments in those farms and improving the quality of their produce. The following years saw consecutive victories, with farms in Guatemala and Colombia also achieving COE recognition. Sarutahiko Coffee believes that by sharing their passion for exceptional coffee with producers, both parties can grow together sustainably.
Exceptional Barista Experience
Menu development has been overseen by Takaki Ito, the champion of the Japan Barista Championship 2024. Sarutahiko Coffee Special Edition aims to deliver an unforgettable coffee experience, meticulously refining each aspect of the menu and brewing methods.
For the first week after the grand opening, Ito will personally serve coffee to customers, ensuring each guest receives a touch of excellence.
