The French region of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and the Italian region of Liguria have been designated as the inaugural international invited provinces. Their presence will be alongside China's national invited provinces, Anhui and Hainan. Anhui province plans to highlight its advancements in scientific technology and manufacturing, particularly focusing on emerging industries such as smart connected electric vehicles, cutting-edge information technology, artificial intelligence, high-end equipment manufacturing, advanced materials, and low-altitude aviation.

The province aims to discuss modern service sector supply chains, institutional innovation, and opportunities for international cooperation linked to the free trade port. As of now, exhibitors from 85 countries, regions, and international organizations have confirmed their attendance, with international exhibitors accounting for 36.5% of the total.
