In addition to the new appointments, ELNET will also see the departure of several key executive figures, effective immediately post the shareholder meeting. Current President and CEO Yasushiki Aso, as well as non-full-time directors Junko Ueno, Mikiko Maruyama, Seimei Arai, Masashi Hibino, Kensuke Nakazawa, Tsutomu Hirayama, and auditor Takahashi Takuya, will officially step down.
