Wild Herbs Afternoon Tea at its first-floor restaurant,
Ristorante Colt. This seasonal offering features fresh and vibrant flavors from the hotel's own farm,
Tohoku Farm, located in Aomori Prefecture.
The Tohoku Farm is a testament to sustainable farming practices, where a variety of vegetables, herbs, and brand eggs are nurtured in the rich natural environment of Aomori without the use of any pesticides or chemical fertilizers. The special afternoon tea designed for this event highlights the often-overlooked flavors of wild herbs, transforming them into exquisite dishes that evoke nostalgia and comfort, allowing you to enjoy each bite infused with the spirit of the land and the care of those who cultivate it.

About Tohoku Farm
Established in 1917, Tohoku Farm has a long history as a thoroughbred breeding and training farm. Since 1987, it has embraced
sustainable agriculture using compost from thoroughbreds to cultivate organic vegetables and herbs across approximately 10 hectares. Our farm not only produces crops but also free-range branded eggs—blue and red eggs—while growing their feed organically as well.
Harvesting wild edible plants and herbs brings freshness to over 100 seasonal products delivered directly to Hotel Continental Fuchu.
