A staggering 74% of consumers indicated that they are likely to scan QR codes during the 2025 Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales. This behavior stems from an increasing expectation from shoppers to receive immediate benefits such as promotions or discounts upon scanning. The data indicates that 56% of consumers anticipate tangible rewards when taking the time to scan a QR code during their shopping experience, underscoring the importance of delivering value to enhance customer satisfaction.
