Commencing from May 27 and running through September 1, these salad pizzas will be available at all of Riko's locations, bringing a refreshing twist to the traditional pizza menu.
This enticing summer lineup features three distinctive salad pizzas, each crafted with Riko's renowned thin crust and house-made sauces:

Reinvented Chicken Caesar Pizza: This dish takes the classic Chicken Caesar salad to new culinary heights. It includes house-roasted chicken, fresh romaine lettuce, grated parmesan cheese, crunchy house-made croutons, and a Caesar dressing variant layered on Riko's newly developed Caesar-baked crust, replacing the usual pizza sauce.

Mediterranean Chicken and Spinach Pizza: Combining robust Mediterranean flavors, this pizza showcases a crust brushed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The base is topped with house-roasted chicken, fresh chopped spinach, diced cucumbers, grape tomatoes, crispy bacon, and crumbled feta, all drizzled with a balsamic reduction for added zest.

BBQ Chicken Ranch Pizza: Inspired by summer barbeques, this pie starts with a base coated in Carolina BBQ sauce. It features house-roasted chicken, romaine lettuce, diced red onions, cucumbers, and grape tomatoes, all finished with a drizzle of BBQ sauce and ranch dressing, ensuring a taste explosion in every bite.
