As the summer heat approaches, FOURGRAINS presents
"French Cuisine for a Healthy Body", opting for cool yet nourishing dishes rather than simply cold meals. Inspired by traditional wisdom, this special course features ingredients from the gourd family, including winter melon, zucchini, and cucumber, along with the renowned Japanese summer delicacy,
hamo (pike conger). These elements blend seamlessly with classic French culinary techniques, delivering an invigorating experience.
