On Sunday, October 5, 2025, thousands of passionate individuals will lace up their sneakers to participate in the 37th Annual Jimmy Fund Walk, presented by Hyundai. This noteworthy event aims to support groundbreaking cancer research and patient care at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. With a goal to raise a staggering $9.5 million, every step taken during the walk contributes directly to the fight against cancer, impacting both adult and pediatric patients.

The Jimmy Fund Walk is unique, holding the distinction of being the only authorized event to utilize the iconic Boston Marathon® route. Participants can select their preferred distance from four options: a 5K walk starting at Dana-Farber’s Longwood Medical Campus, a 10K from Newton, a Half Marathon from Wellesley, or the full Marathon commencing in Hopkinton. Each option offers a chance to enjoy the camaraderie and motivation from fellow walkers and supporters, fueling their commitment to the cause.
