The self-cleaning docking station streamlines the cleaning process by facilitating automated cleaning cycles. With the addition of this station, the PUDU CC1 robots can maintain their cleaning components in optimal condition, ensuring that they deliver effective cleaning consistently. This innovative solution merges seamlessly with the existing portfolio of Pudu's cleaning technologies. The lineup includes standard docking stations for automated filling, draining, and recharging, along with mobile water stations for flexible deployment, making it an indispensable tool for operators in different environments.

Key Features of the Self-Cleaning Docking Station


1. Advanced Deep Cleaning Technology: Equipped with a 100W ultrasonic module and a hot water system that reaches up to 65°C (149°F), the docking station ensures thorough cleaning of the CC1's sweeper, effectively removing dirt and residues to prevent streaks and secondary contamination.
2. Automated Brush Cleaning System: Post cleaning, the CC1 positions itself automatically for a brush cleaning session, capable of eliminating over 95% of debris, which also helps in preventing tangling and prolonging the brush's lifespan.
3. Intelligent Spot Detection and Response: Integrated with the CC1 Pro’s stain detection system, the station creates a closed-loop workflow of detection, positioning, auto-cleaning, and operational resumption, thus maintaining high cleaning standards and preventing contamination spread.
4. Maintenance Efficiency Enhanced by 35x: By automating the daily cleaning of both the sweeper and the brush, routine maintenance is simplified, requiring only a rinse of the water tank once a week instead of daily labor.
5. Modular Design for Versatility: The modular and quick-change design allows for three configurations within a single system: standard docking, self-cleaning docking, and Pro version, catering to a wide range of facility sizes, from small shops to large installations.
6. Easy Maintenance Design: The brush cleaner, sweeper, and water tank can all be quickly removed without tools, enabling fast and effective maintenance by a single operator.

Moreover, the self-cleaning docking station retains all functionalities of the original docking stations, including automatic filling, draining, detergent dosing, and recharging, while remaining fully compatible with mobile water stations for installations lacking direct plumbing access.
