From October 1, 2025, the hotel will begin taking pre-orders for two unique Christmas cakes and a traditional stollen, set to delight guests and curb festive appetites.
Two Distinctive Christmas Cakes
In preparation for this memorable occasion, Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu is showcasing their artistic flair with two beautifully crafted cakes, each embodying a unique Christmas story.
The
'Couronne de Noel' is designed to resemble a Christmas wreath, symbolizing eternity and the unbreakable bonds with family and loved ones. Topped with a delicate layer of fluffy whipped cream and an array of vibrant berries—including strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries—this cake promises a balance of sweetness and tartness that is simply divine. Adorned with a white chocolate snowflake at its center and offering a crunch with pistachios at the base, it is as visually appealing as it is delicious. Priced at

On the other hand, the
'Marron Chocolat de Noel' draws inspiration from a tree trunk, presenting a rich story of the hotel’s 25-year history. This luscious creation features a layer of marron mousse enveloping a rum-flavored brulee, finished with a glossy caramel glaze for an adult twist. The base consists of moist, gluten-free rice flour sponge laid with cream, chestnuts, and marron glace, wrapped and coated in luxurious chocolate. Classic Stollen
In addition to the cakes, the hotel proudly presents its traditional
stollen, a staple of German Christmas celebrations. This exquisite treat is made by soaking a blend of dried fruits and nuts in liqueur and brandy for six months, resulting in an incredibly moist and flavorful loaf. Covered in a dusting of powdered sugar resembling fresh snow, this stollen reflects the anticipation of the festive season. Priced at

Estacion Cafe located on the fifth floor, open from noon to 8 PM.
