Kim’s journey into communications began as a journalist for one of Korea’s leading media organizations. Following her stint in journalism, she transitioned into public relations, where she has accumulated more than ten years of experience in global PR consulting at renowned firms such as FleishmanHillard. Kim served as the Managing Director of Allison Partners Korea for five years, solidifying her status within integrated marketing communication.

Throughout her career, Kim has been instrumental in strategizing communications programs for global pharmaceutical and medical device companies. She has effectively managed reputation, responded to crises, and engaged stakeholders, ultimately enhancing business outcomes and fostering lasting partnerships.

In addition to her professional achievements, Jacklin Kim plays a vital role in academia and industry organizations.
