Celebrating Gaudí: A Groundbreaking Exhibition
In 2026, the world will mark the 100th anniversary of the passing of Antoni Gaudí, one of the most innovative architects in history, renowned for his masterpiece, the Sagrada Família. To honor his legacy, NAKED, INC. has partnered with the Gaudí Foundation to present the official exhibit, "NAKED meets Gaudí," a groundbreaking world tour that begins with its premiere in Tokyo at Terada Warehouse G1.
A Unique Collaboration
This collaboration marks a significant milestone in the preservation of Gaudí’s heritage. NAKED, INC., based in Shibuya, Tokyo, has entered into a historical agreement with the Gaudí Foundation, allowing for a first-time presentation of Gaudí’s handwritten notes, letters, and original design tools alongside exciting new research. This official exhibition will offer a comprehensive view of Gaudí’s work and thinking, merging academic study with unique visitor experiences.
Beginning on January 10th through March 15th, 2026, at the Terada Warehouse in Tokyo, the exhibition will open with valuable insights into the life and work of Gaudí. Following Tokyo, the exhibit is set to travel to Osaka in the spring of 2026.
Exclusive Exhibits
Attendees can look forward to an astounding collection of previously unseen items, including original blueprints of the Sagrada Família, personal manuscripts, and even the tools that Gaudí himself employed in his creations. Visitors will also have the opportunity to discover the latest psychological analyses that provide insight into Gaudí’s innovative thoughts and internal world.
This unprecedented exhibition will explore Gaudí’s harmonious relationship with nature that he so loved to incorporate into his architectural designs. Attendees can expect to partake in an interactive experience that engages audiences of all ages.
Engaging Experiences for All Ages
The exhibition goes beyond static displays, inviting everyone to engage directly with Gaudí’s architectural philosophy. One of the highlights will feature a hands-on activity where visitors can contribute to completing parts of the Sagrada Família, truly experiencing the ongoing construction of this iconic structure—a testament to Gaudí’s everlasting influence and the symbol of his unfinished vision.

The Legacy of Gaudí
Born in 1852 in Catalonia, Gaudí's architectural journey began after his education at Barcelona's school of architecture. He quickly became a favorite among the bourgeoisie and aristocracy, creating beloved works such as Park Güell and Casa Batlló. However, his most impactful project remains the Sagrada Família, to which he dedicated his later years until his tragic death in 1926. Gaudí's works are now recognized as UNESCO World Heritage Sites and continue to inspire architects and artists around the globe.
