The renowned drive-in café, Pacific DRIVE-IN, operated by Transit Operation Service Co., Ltd., is set to launch its second collaboration with popular creator Julia. This event is celebrated with the release of Julia's exclusive merchandise called 'Mexico Mood', available from October 1st to October 13th, 2025, at their locations in Shichirigahama and Lumine Est Shinjuku.

Exclusive Menu Items

To honor this special collaboration, a limited-time menu featuring Julia’s must-have dishes will be introduced. One standout item is the Garlic Shrimp Plate, which comes with two unique Mexican-style dip sauces: a smoky Guacamole and a zesty Salsa. These flavors beautifully blend elements from both Hawaii and Mexico, making for an irresistible fusion.

Additional highlights on the menu include the Lemon Cream Pancake, made with Pacific DRIVE-IN's signature buttermilk pancakes topped with lemon cream and fruit, sprinkled with cacao nibs and coconut chips. Another exciting option is the Golden Acai Bowl, featuring rich acai paired with slices of golden kiwi and banana, showcasing the vibrant flavors of both cultural influences.

For beverages, guests can try the Mango Horchata, a unique twist on the traditional Mexican drink, and the refreshing Blueberry Smoothie, made with blueberries, soy milk, honey, and mango, providing a perfect complement to the menu.

During this collaboration period, selected merchandise will be exhibited at both Pacific DRIVE-IN locations.
