Notably, his most recent position was as CISO at Dyson, where he earned recognition as the Cybersecurity Defender of 2023 in the Asia Pacific. Before that, John took charge of IT engineering and operations as CISO for Rakuten Mobile, managing the world’s inaugural fully virtualized Open RAN mobile network.
