Aoba-BBT Launches Global Leadership Development Program

Aoba-BBT, a leading educational organization based in Tokyo, has recently unveiled an innovative program aimed at cultivating the next generation of global leaders. This program, known as the Global Outstanding Leadership Development (GOLD), is a collaborative effort with Bond University, one of Australia’s prestigious institutions located in Queensland. The initiative focuses on equipping participants with essential business skills and practical insights within a concentrated six-month timeframe.

The GOLD program uniquely combines online and in-person learning modalities, providing a hybrid educational experience. It is structured around a comprehensive curriculum designed by both Aoba-BBT and Bond University, leveraging over two decades of experience in training global executives through both online and face-to-face formats. The emphasis of the program is on practical skills, ensuring that participants can immediately apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios. The program will conduct training in both Japanese and English, catering to a global audience.

Currently, the program has garnered interest from various corporate leaders within Japan and abroad, with an increasing number of requests for customized training that addresses specific company challenges. Over the six-month duration, participants will develop crucial capabilities including problem-solving skills in management, constructing global business strategies, enhancing their business English communication, and cultivating leadership qualities necessary for a global business environment.

In the final week of the program, participants will further engage in a residential workshop known as the Bond Capstone Workshop at Bond University. This immersive experience will allow them to present their learning outcomes and interact with faculty and peers, ultimately receiving a certificate that recognizes them as a qualified
