Hesai Unveils Next-Gen Lidar Solutions at IAA Mobility 2025

Hesai Technology, a renowned leader in lidar solutions, is making waves at the IAA Mobility 2025 event in Munich, Germany, showcasing its latest advancements in high-performance lidar technology. The FTX features an expanded field of view of 180° x 140° and delivers more than double the resolution compared to its predecessor. With a weight reduction of 66% and a minimal exposed optical window of just 50 x 30 mm, the FTX can effectively identify low-profile obstacles like road posts, thus enabling crucial operations such as autonomous parking and safe lane changes. Like the ETX, the FTX is also on track for mass production in 2026.
