Since its introduction in 1985, the original Fresh Salad Bar has been a staple for Bronco Billy. After a brief hiatus in 2000, it made a successful comeback in 2004, symbolizing Bronco Billy's commitment to quality and freshness. The Salad Bar was originally created to complement the chain's meat offerings, promoting a balanced diet filled with nutritious vegetables. Although changing the name after 40 years was no small feat, the desire to provide unforgettable experiences led to the decision to refresh this beloved concept into the new Bronco Buffet.

The updated Bronco Buffet will offer a gourmet salad, delicious in-house desserts, and exciting new additions, transforming it into a high-quality, authentic buffet experience available exclusively during dinner hours from 4 PM until closing.
