Summer Fruit Cocktails
From July 1 to August 17, 2025, guests can indulge in two special cocktails:
Elegant Peach and
Silent Grape. These cocktails artfully blend premium local gin with the freshest summer fruits, delivering a refreshing and elegant drinking experience perfect for the summer. Both cocktails could also be enjoyed as non-alcoholic mocktails.
Elegant Peach
The
Elegant Peach features a frozen cocktail made with fresh white peaches, creating a texture reminiscent of a rich peach sorbet. The addition of dried ginger as a garnish enhances the botanical notes of the gin, perfectly blending the sweetness of the peach with a refreshing zing. Served in an elegant glass and topped with raspberry powder, this cocktail ensures a beautifully sophisticated presentation. Ideal for those who enjoy sweet drinks, it serves as an exquisite dessert cocktail as well.

Last Elegant gin, a product from the Tokyo Riverside Distillery, was established in 2021 as an urban distillery. This craft gin is infused with the sweet and floral aromas derived from botanicals like lavender and hibiscus tea, created from sake lees supplied by Chiyo Musubi Sake Brewery in Tottori Prefecture, which would have otherwise been discarded. This process highlights the commitment to sustainability and the exquisite flavor profile of the spirits.
