GFI Software Expands North American Reach with Zebra Systems

Effective April 21, 2026, Zebra Systems LLC will take on the role of GFI's primary distribution partner in both the United States and Canada. This strategic decision underscores GFI's commitment to streamlining its distribution strategy while investing in stronger partner support.

Zebra Systems brings extensive expertise in GFI’s product offerings and has a dedicated North American team that has a proven track record of supporting resellers. The company has been GFI's top distributor in Europe for over 15 years, achieving consistent performance across all regions. This success prompted GFI CEO Eric Vaughan to meet with Zebra's CEO, Zdenek Binek, two years ago to discuss the potential for expanding into the U.S. market.

"Zebra has been our strongest global distributor for many years," Vaughan remarked. "During my discussion with Zdenek, I emphasized that the North American market needed the same partner-focused, technically adept approach that they have established in Europe. They invested in a U.S. team, bringing that expertise here. This consolidation is the logical next step."

Enhancing the Partner Experience

As part of the partnership, resellers collaborating with Zebra Systems will benefit from a specially developed web shop designed for optimized orders, along with practical technical and sales support provided by GFI specialists. Additionally, tailored training programs will be offered to help partners expand their businesses. Zebra Systems has already been recognized by GFI Software as a Top Growth Partner and was awarded the Innovation Award in 2025.

The agreement between GFI and Climb Channel Solutions will conclude on April 21, 2026. Resellers currently working with Climb are encouraged to reach out to Zebra Systems to ensure continuity of service. Existing subscriptions and licenses will be seamlessly transferred, and the Zebra Systems team stands ready to assist with the onboarding process.
