Most recently, she served as the Global Chief Digital Officer at Shiseido Group, where she led significant digital transformation initiatives across multiple brands globally. Her tenure included the launch of a groundbreaking Beauty Tech Lab, leveraging AI for skin diagnostics, showcasing her commitment to marrying technology with customer experience.
Before her time at Shiseido, Munson held senior roles at renowned companies such as Fast Retailing and Estée Lauder, managing digital marketing and eCommerce strategies across North America, Europe, and Asia. Her insights into customer interactions are expected to benefit KnitWell's eight American brands, including Ann Taylor, Chico's, and Lane Bryant, all of which have cultivated loyal customer bases.
