Beyond Water's Launch of Atmospheric Water Generation Technology

On March 22, in alignment with the United Nations' World Water Day, Beyond Water made a significant announcement regarding its innovative Atmospheric Water Generation (AWG) technology. Scheduled for a U.S. launch in June 2025, this technology promises to transform how we access clean drinking water amidst escalating global water scarcity issues.

Beyond Water has already established itself as a leader in the field, having produced over 100 million liters of drinkable water while saving an additional 200 million liters through its existing projects worldwide. This next-generation technology, designed to derive water from the air, represents a sustainable and replicable solution for various industries with a critical need for clean water.

The significance of this launch cannot be understated, considering the alarming statistics presented in the 2024 World Water Development Report, which revealed that 2.2 billion people lack access to safely managed drinking water. Furthermore, nearly half of the global population faced severe temporary water scarcity in recent years. Beyond Water’s AWG technology aims to address such urgent needs by extracting moisture from the atmosphere, converting it into purified water without depleting existing natural resources.

Aligning its efforts with the United Nations' 2030 Agenda for sustainable development, Beyond Water’s AWG ecosystem supports 11 of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Their portfolio includes a variety of solutions such as mobile and commercial-scale bottling plants, water hubs, and kiosks, complemented by fresh air cooling systems that integrate with both home and office setups, thereby reducing reliance on traditional water sources and minimizing plastic waste.

The AWG technology is not only innovative but also scalable, with capabilities tailored for numerous sectors, including hospitality, beverage manufacturing, oil and gas, construction, and various governmental and non-governmental organizations. By offering an eco-friendly alternative to conventional water supply methods, Beyond Water stands at the forefront of the movement to secure sustainable water access.

Roheen Berry, the founder of Beyond Water, emphasized the urgency of addressing the global water crisis. Notable pre-launch activities will include exclusive demonstrations for select partners, industry leaders, and media representatives, showcasing the benefits of AWG technology firsthand.

Additionally, partnerships with hotels, corporate campuses, and bottling facilities across the U.S. are being forged to integrate AWG systems ahead of the full-scale rollout. A significant launch event is planned for Tampa, Florida, which promises live demonstrations and engaging discussions featuring industry experts.

This major milestone will debut what is set to be the world’s largest Bottling Plant, providing a sustainable solution in water supply and inviting collective participation in the global endeavor to conserve our water resources. Following this launch, Beyond Water will also unveil a consumer version of the product, anticipated to be available by Q1 2026, allowing individuals to access premium, eco-friendly bottled water directly.
