Yoshinoya Launches Seasonal Tsukimi Beef Bowl with Eggs Today

Yoshinoya's Seasonal Offering: Tsukimi Beef and Egg Bowls

Yoshinoya, a renowned Japanese fast-food chain, is embracing the autumn spirit by introducing its seasonal dish, the "Tsukimi Gyu-Toji" (Tsukimi Beef Bowl), starting today, September 12. This limited-time offering is available in Yoshinoya outlets across the nation. The dish is priced at 636 yen (tax included 699 yen for dine-in and 686 yen for take-out). Additionally, the "Tsukimi Gyu-Toji Gozen," a complete meal set, will be offered at 726 yen (tax included 798 yen for dine-in and 784 yen for take-out), ensuring customers have plenty of delicious options.

Special Details of the Offerings

For those enjoying their meal in-house, the "Gozen" set includes the benefit of free rice refills, while customers opting for take-out should note that the set will not include miso soup and pickles at some outlets.

The "Tsukimi Gyu-Toji" series originated in 2019, starting exclusively as a Gozen meal. In 2021, to cater to the rising demand for take-out during the pandemic, the bowl version was introduced. Although scheduled for a return last year, supply issues with eggs delayed its revival until now. 2024 marks the reappearance of this beloved dish after a two-year hiatus.

The series includes popular toppings such as cheese and green onion-laced chili oil, which were warmly received last year and will be offered again in this release.

What is the Tsukimi Gyu-Toji Bowl?

The "Tsukimi Gyu-Toji Bowl" is crafted using Yoshinoya's secret sauce to simmer thinly sliced beef, complemented by two eggs, and served over a bowl of steaming rice. To elevate the experience, a raw egg is provided on the side, allowing diners to indulge in either a rich, creamy flavor by adding the yolk or a mellow taste by mixing the egg into the bowl.

For those seeking variety, the restaurant also introduces the "Cheese Tsukimi Gyu-Toji Bowl," topped with a delightful "Quattro Cheese" blend of Gouda, Steppen, Mozzarella, and Red Cheddar varieties. Additionally, the "Negi Rayu Tsukimi Gyu-Toji Bowl" boasts flavorful green onions, fried garlic, onions, and a drizzle of chili oil for that perfect kick.

The Tsukimi Gyu-Toji Gozen Experience

Yoshinoya’s "Tsukimi Gyu-Toji Gozen" presents a lovely dining experience, served in a skillet that features the "Gyu-Toji" alongside rice, a raw egg, pickles, and miso soup, for a complete and satisfying meal. The Gozen set also welcomes the acclaimed "Cheese Tsukimi Gyu-Toji Gozen" and "Negi Rayu Tsukimi Gyu-Toji Gozen," priced at a reasonable 826 yen (tax included 908 yen). Customers with hearty appetites can opt for the "Double Meat" option for an additional cost of 298 yen (tax included 327 yen for dine-in), ensuring a substantial meal.

Yoshinoya is committed to providing authentic and delicious meals while enhancing customers' daily lives with a focus on the values of "delicious, affordable, and quick." Their continuous dedication aims to align with customer needs, ensuring a delightful dining experience for everyone.
