Beau and Jeff Bridges Collaborate on New Giving Tuesday PSA for World Youth Clubs
Beau and Jeff Bridges Unite for Youth on Giving Tuesday
Hollywood legends Beau and Jeff Bridges have joined forces to raise awareness for an essential cause this Giving Tuesday. In a new public service announcement (PSA) campaign titled "Circle Dance," the Emmy and Academy Award-winning brothers provide their voices to promote the World Youth Clubs (WYC), an impactful international organization focused on youth development.
Founded by Rick and Susan Porcaro Goings, WYC aims to create safe spaces and provide adult guidance to youth living in challenging circumstances around the world. With 90% of the world's youth residing outside the United States, the founders recognized a pressing need for such support. Beau, a founding Board Member, plays a significant role in WYC's efforts, which are currently active in 48 countries and serve approximately 400,000 young individuals across 3,800 locations.
Susan Porcaro Goings, the Chairman and Founder of World Youth Clubs, highlighted how "Circle Dance" encapsulates WYC’s mission by inspiring the next generation to dream big and realize their full potential despite the challenges they face. The Bridges brothers deliver a compelling message showcasing that supporting youth is a shared responsibility that cannot be overlooked.
At the heart of this campaign is a song written and recorded by Jeff Bridges, which serves as the foundation of the PSA efforts. The video features the brothers emphasizing WYC's ongoing support for youth in over 40 countries, while also noting the aspiration to reach an additional 160 countries. They concluded their message with a powerful call to action urging public support: "We need YOU to help fund the World Youth Clubs and make their dream come true."
Jeff Bridges conveyed the importance of investing in young people, stating, "Young people deserve our attention, our support, and our belief in their potential. Circle Dance is about coming together as a community—no matter where you are in the world—to ensure that every child has a chance to thrive.” Beau reiterated this sentiment by reflecting on the significance of having strong role models and a supportive community, urging everyone to take action: “We encourage everyone to 'circle up' and make a difference for kids everywhere.”
The Bridges brothers have long been important advocates for charitable causes. Beau focuses his philanthropic activities primarily on World Youth Clubs, while Jeff supports various initiatives, including No Kid Hungry and The Amazon Conservation Team.
As the "Circle Dance" campaign continues throughout 2025, viewers can engage with the initiative by visiting worldyouthclubs.org or following WYC on their social media platforms for more updates. The Bridges brothers exemplify the passion and commitment needed to uplift and inspire young individuals worldwide, taking significant strides in ensuring a brighter future for the next generation.
