The company's growth trajectory has been impressive, jumping from 35 employees at the end of 2021 to 162 currently, which marks a remarkable fourfold increase in just over four years. As of now, RapDev has successfully completed over 600 Datadog deployments, while recording a noteworthy 48% increase in hiring over the past year. Furthermore, in 2026, RapDev earned a position on the Financial Times' Americas' Fastest Growing Companies list at number 96, as well as ranking 17th on the Boston Business Journal's list of Largest Software Developers in Massachusetts.
