Overview of the Seminar
On October 7, 2025, Imajina, a leading firm in corporate branding, will host a free seminar in Tokyo targeting executives. The event, titled "Inner Branding Study Session for Executives," aims to address a growing yet invisible crisis in Japanese organizations: the lack of essential values and principles among new employees. As young workers enter the workforce without opportunities to learn gratitude and respect for others, they often lack a solid foundation of values critical for workplace success.
This seminar will shed light on the need for executives to transition from viewing corporate philosophy merely as a slogan to recognizing it as a vital guiding principle for moral education. It is crucial to instill in employees the question of "how to work and live" effectively. Without this guidance, young talent may become disruptive forces rather than contributors to organizational synergy.
Imajina is committed to providing systematic methods for embedding corporate philosophy into daily practices, aiding in the development of a strong human resource foundation. This initiative emphasizes not just proclaiming a corporate philosophy but ensuring that employees embody these principles, leading to tangible results.
The Critical Importance of Philosophy in Business
Neglecting philosophical education is akin to sending a ship into rough seas without a compass, risking the loss of potential organizational capabilities. The insights shared in this seminar are particularly relevant for executives facing any of the following challenges:
- - Difficulty retaining employees who resonate with corporate values.
- - A desire to convey consistent corporate messages to foster behavioral change in staff.
- - Aiming to cultivate management personnel who inspire and lead their teams positively.
- - An ambition to nurture employees with greater initiative.
