Rio Ozaki (CORE)


As the founder of CORE, Rio has transitioned from a role in human resources at GIG to establishing a community-focused platform for working women. Her goal is to transform leadership roles within the corporate environment.

Michiko Kitahara (MIDOT)


With experience at Lion Corporation and Shiseido, Michiko has developed extensive marketing strategies and brand management skills for major product lines. In 2025, she established MIDOT to inspire women to enjoy fashion actively.
