On July 24, 2025, Munley Law proudly announced that Senior Partner Marion Munley has officially been sworn in as the Vice President of the American Association for Justice (AAJ). This significant appointment not only highlights Marion's remarkable journey within the legal community but also reinforces her commitment to advocating for victims' rights across the nation.

Marion has a long history with the AAJ, holding various executive roles, including Secretary, Treasurer, and Parliamentarian. Her experience is marked by notable achievements, including being the first woman to chair the AAJ Trucking Litigation Group. She has also contributed significantly as a member of the Board of Governors and its Executive Committee.

Widely regarded as one of Pennsylvania's most esteemed personal injury attorneys, Marion's accomplishments include securing multimillion-dollar settlements and verdicts for her clients. Among her proudest achievements is her role in obtaining one of the state’s largest truck accident settlements. Notably, she is triple board-certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in Civil Trial Law, Civil Practice Advocacy, and Truck Accident Law, making her the second woman in Pennsylvania to be recognized as a Civil Trial Advocate.
