1. Participation in Pride Action30

Through early 2025, Oisix conducted several initiatives designed to cultivate a deeper understanding and inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ individuals within its workforce:

1. Employee Training Sessions


On March 5, 2025, Oisix hosted an employee training featuring voices from the LGBTQ+ community, including former Nadeshiko League player Shiho Shimoyamada and writer Kotei Nakazato. They shared personal experiences and insights on fostering inclusive communication, which helped cultivate a new standard of communication embraced by all employees.

2. Anonymous Survey on LGBTQ+ Awareness


In February 2025, Oisix carried out an anonymous survey regarding employees’ perceptions of LGBTQ+ awareness at the workplace. A remarkable 85% indicated they believed understanding had progressed within the company. Feedback underscored a desire for more actions towards embracing new generations and values within the workplace, paving the way for a future that prioritizes LGBTQ+ inclusivity.

3. Founding of the Employee Ally Circle, PRiSM!


Starting April 2024, Oisix created the PRiSM! ally circle to facilitate discussions about LGBTQ+ issues and increase allyship within the company. Activities include dialogue and learning sessions with LGBTQ+ individuals and other companies, combined with book clubs and visits to relevant events.

4. Expanding HR Policies


Beginning October 2024, Oisix broadened its HR policies to provide benefits for same-sex partners and diverse gender combinations, making available special leave and bereavement allowance regardless of traditional legal marriage.
