The restaurant has evolved into a gourmet haven, showcasing grilling techniques using both charcoal and firewood after its transformation in 2025.

A Culinary Journey with Three Exquisite Pastas



The highlight of this lunch course is the presentation of three exquisite pasta dishes, allowing diners to savor a variety of flavors. Among them, the 'Charcoal-Grilled Bacon Carbonara' stands out, featuring juicy 'TOKYO X' bacon expertly cooked over both charcoal and firewood, enhancing its aromatic profile and paired with a rich, creamy sauce. It’s a must-try dish at Bella Vista. Additionally, guests can enjoy the classic favorite 'Ripe Tomato Pomodoro' and a daily special pasta option, making the lunch course a true indulgence for any pasta lover.
