Bobby Siebert's Journey at CSD
Having joined CSD in 2015, Bobby Siebert began his career with a focus on fundraising, successfully raising over $1 million to support vital community programs. His journey within CSD has seen him transition into various leadership roles, encompassing contracts, compliance, and risk management. The significant responsibilities he has undertaken culminated in his recent promotion from Vice President of Contracts and Compliance, a role he has excelled in since 2022.
Siebert's management acumen is underscored by his certification as a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP). In recognition of his outstanding leadership, he received the CSD Founder's Award in 2025 during the organization's 50th anniversary celebration. This accolade highlights his integral role in advancing CSD's initiatives and the positive impact he has made within the organization.
