In a notable collaboration, head CONCIERGE Co., Ltd. has teamed up with broadcaster Rio Hirai and her friend Mayu Nishikori, founding members of VIVID CACAO. Both women, equipped with various qualifications including preventive medicine and certified femtech expertise, share a vision for health that extends into the realm of dessert.
This partnership finds expression in a series of six artisanal gelatos, meticulously overseen by Chef Tomohisa Suzuki of the exclusive Ginza restaurant, Assiette Suzu's. The gelato range, known as gela.V, melds the rich, natural qualities of VIVID CACAO with an intention of wholesome indulgence.
