Melon Shaved Ice: A Nostalgic Summer Treat
The Melon Shaved Ice at Shangri-La Tokyo has become a beloved summer tradition, returning this year with a refreshing twist inspired by the vibrant Japanese summer festivals. This creative take features 100% pure fresh melon juice, frozen and shaved to provide a delightful experience reminiscent of enjoying a whole melon. The dish includes half a Japanese melon, which has been hollowed out and filled with silky almond tofu, delicate warabi mochi, and sweet adzuki beans, all topped with rich Jersey milk ice cream.
