Zoomlion Showcases Smart Hybrid Agricultural Solutions at AGRITECHNICA 2025

Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. made a striking debut at the AGRITECHNICA 2025 exhibition, presenting nine new innovative products, including host machines and agricultural equipment. This event highlighted Zoomlion’s latest advancements in hybrid and intelligent agricultural technologies, aligning with the company's ongoing commitment to innovation and sustainability in global agriculture.

Among the standout products featured at the show were four new energy-efficient machines, which included the DV3504, DQ2604, and DL1604 hybrid tractors, along with the H7-600E hybrid combine harvester boasting an impressive 480 horsepower. Designed for large-scale smart and sustainable farming, these hybrid tractors enhance both performance and fuel efficiency while ensuring operator comfort. The DV3504 flagship model is equipped with Zoomlion’s patented Intelligent Distributed Electric Drive System, known as MIDD, which delivers a remarkable traction of 119 kN and a hydraulic output of 227 liters per minute. This tractor meets the high-performance demands of extensive farming while enhancing comfort with its sound-insulated cabin and air-suspended seat.

A live demonstration broadcast from China showcased the capabilities of the hybrid tractor DV3504 in autonomous tilling. This presentation featured the Zpilot Pro system, which optimizes the entire farming process—from soil preparation and planting to crop management and harvesting. Participants could observe how the tractor autonomously generates optimal paths, performs various turning maneuvers including X-shaped turns, and maintains centimeter-level accuracy through a fusion of multiple sensors and a high-precision positioning system.

The H7-600E combine harvester attracted notable attention due to its outstanding performance metrics, boasting a 20% increase in efficiency and reducing operator workload by over 30%. It features 70% fewer gearbox components, more than 50% improvement in reliability, and a 30% decrease in energy consumption. Positioned as the world's first hybrid high-capacity smart combine, it integrates a 480-horsepower engine with an 11.55 kWh battery to achieve a maximum performance of over 600 horsepower.

Additionally, Zoomlion’s German subsidiary, RABE, unveiled three new high-end devices, including the smart plow SUPER ALBATROS, the PHOENIX T 600 tillage machine, and the PANDION M 500 disc harrow. These innovations represent comprehensive agricultural solutions tailored to various soil conditions.

Liu Yuxin, CEO of Zoomlion Agricultural Machinery, stated that the exhibition marks a significant milestone in the company’s strategy of pursuing 'High-End, International, New Energy' initiatives.
